- Will not share your account login details with anyone else
- Are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Course access & account
When you purchase Mastering Not for Profit Launch & Grow or any other course:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own use only
- You must keep your login details confidential
- You must not share, resell, or distribute your access or the course materials to others
We reserve the right to revoke access if we reasonably believe your account is being shared or misused.
4. Payments and refunds
All prices are shown in [GBP] unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full card details.
Refunds:
Our refund policy is as stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. Â We do not offer refunds for digital content with immediate access, once you have accessed the course materials, except where required by law.

All content provided through this site and our courses, including videos, text, worksheets, downloads, logos, branding and frameworks, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

- Upload our course content to any other website, platform or file-sharing site
- Present our materials as your own work
You may:
- Download and use templates and resources for your own organisation or personal use, in line with the licence granted with your purchase.

We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice. You remain responsible for checking any legal or regulatory requirements for your organisation, and for seeking professional advice where needed.
While we aim to provide practical, tested guidance, we cannot guarantee:
- That you will obtain funding or grants
- That your not-for-profit will be approved, succeed or reach specific financial targets
- Any particular outcome from using our course or services
You are responsible for how you choose to use the information provided.
7. Behaviour & community guidelines (if applicable)
If the course includes live calls, groups or community spaces (e.g. Kajabi community, Facebook group, Zoom calls), you agree to:
- Be respectful to other participants and staff
- Not share offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
- Maintain confidentiality where other participants share personal or business information
We may remove posts or revoke access to community spaces if we consider behaviour to be inappropriate, harmful or in breach of these Terms.
8. Availability and technical issues
We aim to keep the website and course content available and functioning, but we do not guarantee:
- That access will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That the site will be free of viruses or harmful components
From time to time, we may need to suspend access for maintenance, updates or other reasons. We will try to minimise disruption where possible.
